These terms cover the sourcing, quality control, logistics and distribution services arranged by Laikan Group. By sending an enquiry or placing an order you accept them.
Quotes & orders
Quotes are indicative and based on the information you provide. Final pricing depends on confirmed specification, quantity, materials, routing and the conditions at the time of order. An order is confirmed in writing.
Liability
We coordinate manufacturers, carriers and agents on your behalf. Our responsibility follows the applicable rules and standard trading and forwarding conditions. We recommend cargo insurance for full protection.
Goods & documents
- You confirm that product specifications and values are accurate.
- You provide the documents needed for export and import.
- Prohibited or restricted goods are not accepted.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong SAR. Disputes are subject to its courts.
